Some Like it Hotter

Don't let the cute little illustrations on the labels fool you--these babies are hotter than the average pickle. And tastier, too. Put them on a burger--veggie or meat--and watch the flavor pop. Amazing things will happen to an ordinary sandwich when Wickles are part of the layers.

When you bite into the pickles, for instance, the taste is, for about 10 seconds, cool, crispy and crunchy like a great pickle. Then, subtly at first, the sensation turns hotter.

Wickles makes many varieties of relishes and condiments, including their new wicked pepper line, Wicked Banana Pepper Rings and Wicked Bell Pepper Strips in their famous Wickles Brine. The mild pepper taste combined with the sweet garlicky Brine is amazing.

Sims Foods Inc. is a family owned business located in Dadeville, Alabama. Currently sold nationally in specialty and gourmet food stores as well as finer supermarkets across the USA, Wickles products have a distinct southern flair.

Hot, Hot, Hot

There are many foods and dishes that just might be improved a bit by a splash (or two or three--who's counting?) of hot sauce and Frank's knows hot sauce. Their Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce has been firing up taste buds since 1964- and now there are two new flavors--Hot Buffalo and Sweet Heat to add zest to wings, eggs, burgers, tacos, popcorn and anything else you choose.
Both new additions are palate-pleasing. The Sweet Heat is considered mild but still has a nice little bite to it. The Red Hot lives up to its name and is not for the stomachly-squeamish. But it will add fire-breathing flavor that will leave you wanting more.
Frank's Red Hot--Boring, it is not.
